Set the mood without losing the practical details
A bistro canopy can define the dining area. Ambient accents can highlight a garden, entrance, or gathering space. The lighting plan should work with the venue’s existing fixtures and the photography and event schedule.
We start with the atmosphere you want and the spaces that need light. Decorative lighting is planned alongside the venue’s requirements for safe access and circulation; it does not replace required emergency or safety lighting.

Your date and venue shape the proposal
Event work needs a confirmed location, event date, approximate footprint, and guest layout before equipment and labor can be scoped. Installation and removal may happen outside guest hours, so venue access and scheduling are part of the quote.
Tell us who is coordinating the venue. We can clarify attachment permissions, power access, vendor requirements, and who approves the final lighting plan before work is scheduled.
A clear setup and removal plan
Your proposal identifies the selected lighting, supports, installation and removal windows, and equipment ownership or rental terms. It also identifies any separately supplied power distribution, generator, tent work, or electrical work that the venue or another vendor must provide.
Weather decisions and cancellation or rescheduling terms should be agreed in writing before booking an outdoor event. We confirm what the installer can safely complete under the expected conditions and who makes the on-site decisions.
Northern Virginia event lighting inquiries
We welcome inquiries for venues and private properties in Fairfax and Loudoun counties, including Great Falls, Vienna, Reston, McLean, Ashburn, Sterling, and Leesburg. Availability is confirmed for the specific location and date.
A date request is not a reservation. We review the scope, coordinate the installation resources, and confirm the booking terms before you make a commitment.
