Project inquiries

We use the name, contact details, property address, lighting preferences, budget if provided, project description, and event information you submit to respond to your inquiry and coordinate the requested lighting service. Information may be shared with the installation provider involved in preparing or performing your project, limited to what is needed for that purpose.

Address suggestions

As you type a property address, the form can send that address text to Photon, operated by komoot, to suggest matching locations using OpenStreetMap data. Your name, email, phone number, and project notes are not included in these searches. Your browser also connects to that provider, which receives connection information such as your IP address. You can enter your address manually without choosing a suggestion. Address suggestions do not verify that a property is eligible for service.

Photos

If you later provide a property photo, please use one you took or have permission to share. Permission to use a photo for a quote does not authorize its use in advertising. We ask separately before publishing customer project images.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in our website’s protected database. The owner accesses them through a restricted inbox. Notifications are sent to hello@beltwayglow.com through FormSubmit, which processes submitted details to deliver those emails. Website hosting and technical providers process data needed to operate the service. We retain information while responding to your inquiry, providing service, and maintaining necessary business records.

Marketing

This form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We use it to respond to the service you requested. Any future marketing subscription will be presented separately.
