Start with a clean roofline. Make it your own.

A warm-white roofline is a strong starting point for a classic holiday display. From there, consider an entry wreath, porch columns, walkway lighting, or selected trees. We separate those additions in the scope so you know exactly what the proposed price covers.

Your design should follow the visible features of your actual home. A clear front photo helps us understand the layout; a site review confirms measurements, mounting surfaces, power, and safe access. A concept image is a design guide, not a measurement report.

  • Custom-fit C9-style LED roofline lighting
  • Warm white or selected color combinations
  • Entry, porch, walkway and landscape accents by request
  • Residential, storefront and HOA display inquiries

A seasonal plan from installation to takedown

The proposed full-service package includes company-supplied lights, installation, timers, ordinary in-season service, scheduled removal, and storage. Your written quote confirms the included areas, ownership of the lights, installation window, service exclusions, and removal schedule.

Seasonal-use lighting remains company-owned unless your agreement says otherwise. Future seasons are quoted or renewed under the terms you approve; a first-year price is not an automatic promise of the same price every year.

What affects your Christmas lighting quote?

Roofline length is one factor, but height, pitch, number of gables, access, mounting surfaces, and power location also affect the work. Tree wraps and detached features need their own measurements and material plan.

We confirm the scope before giving you a firm installation price. Send your property location, a description of the look you want, and your preferred timing. If you have a photo, mention it in your request and we can arrange to review it.
